Can I use Mountain Credit?
Unfortunately, Mountain Credit cannot be used in the online store. Come visit us in person at the Big Rock Mountain Shop to use your Mountain Credit!
Can I use my season passholder discount?
Yes! Please contact us to request a promo code for your season pass discount.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for return. Items on sale are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns can be made online or in person at the Big Rock Mountain Shop.
