What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for return. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns can be made online or in person at the Big Rock Mountain Shop. Items on sale are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
